Job Description
Hiring C1 Fluentt English Speakers.
Obtain client information by answering telephone calls; verifying information.
Handle customers requests, issues and questions in a professional manner and strive to deliver a first time resolution service.
Provide accurate and timely information by fully investigating all customer enquiries, using all available equipment and applications to ensure that incidents and problems are resolved efficiently and within SLAs.
