Job Responsibilities
- Managing the reception area & welcoming visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Responsible for day-to-day administrative functions.
- Preparing reports if required.
- Support with the HR Team and coordinate the interview process.
Job Requirements
- Additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
