Job Description

  • Conduct store checks and one on one field work with the LG Order takers to insure superior execution of the sales fundamentals and monthly promo calendar in the stores to deliver the monthly goals and objectives.
  • Inspect randomly the cash discounts and utilizing the vans to ensure having the right stock mix.
  • Ensure collections of the accounts are met as company policy and guidelines.
  • Verify proper claiming and spending of the different offers and incentives for accuracy of budgets spend.
  • detrain and motivate his team on sales fundamentals and updates area sales manager with field contact memos to upgrade team standards and documents progress to achieve the area overall targets.
  • Updates the area sales manager with the requested data accurately and on time (branding, sales fundamentals, stocks, pricing, daily sales, competitions…etc) to provide the right tools/data for planning. Also ensures continues accuracy of team reporting.
  • Suggest breakthrough ideas to positively impact the business directly or indirectly.
  • Address proactively all customers’ issues and take corrective actions.
  • Lead and prepare morning meeting to train the team and motivate them to achieve the monthly targets as well as follow ups on MTD achievements.
  • 10.Plan with the Area sales manager and team for the fleet maintenance schedule.

Job Requirements

  • University graduate.
  • V.Good English & Computer skills.
  • Excelling in experience in the same field. 
  • Minimum 5-8 yeas in FMCG sales
