Job Description

Toshkee Misr is the Hiring Office Manager.   TOSHKEE MISR Company was established as a local company working in crawfish in 2000. And it went on to be a company that exports its products to countries like the United States and China.    
 Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries, delivering messages, faxes, and letters.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars.
  • Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards.
  • Assisting & follow up with the Managing Partner with the preparation of all work reports, agreeing and implementing (Weekly, Monthly reports)
  • Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed.

 

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Min 5 years of Office management experience.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • Preferably previous experience in the exports and imports industry.
  • Excellent in English (writing and speaking).
