Planning Operation Engineer

• Create and load Master Operation Schedule (Monthly /weekly ) while  maintaining operation rate .
• Maintain a valid capacity requirements plan that supports the master operation schedule.
• Identify and manage bottlenecks  (Critical path) and capacity issues with the operation Management team,
• Manage all PM planning  activities including follow-up of execution to achieve PM KPI’s
• Work with the Sales team to reserve capacity as necessary for specific jobs.
• Identify the critical equipment and create the inspections schedule
• Work with other departments to provide the materials in the appropriate times, according to the work plan
• Maintain efficacy to obtain the highest possible operating rate
• Monitor and analysis the operation breakdowns to avoid repetition
• Preparing the operation shop flow for the new system implementation (Oracle)
