IT Business Liaison Manager

Reporting to  the Head of IT Infrastructure, the IT Business Liaison Manager will utilize technical and operational expertise to support and provide recommendations to internal or external peers and partners to deliver effective IT services that will meet the day to day needs of the business. 

As IT Business Liaison Manager, your role will involve: 

• Providing technical support on various aspects of the organization's IT Infrastructure in alignment with the organization technology standards. 
• Providing clear technology and process direction to stakeholders, reviewing internal and external supplier proposals and quotations, and performing the technical validation of supplier solutions to ensure that they are in line with company technology standards. 
• Responsible for the implementation of policies, standards and governance, the deployment and integration of operational IT services and solutions, and service management standards. 
• Ensure alignment with operational process and policy compliance. 
• Investigate and assess internal client technical issues related to assigned software and hardware systems and manage each case to a successful resolution.

To be successful in this role, you will need: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related field. 
• 5 or more years of experience in the role / industry.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills. 
• Proficient in Incident Management.
• Experience in Service Level Management.
