Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Provide customers with ongoing technical support.
  • Demonstrate and explain the operation and use of products.
  • Providing technical support by phone.
  • Resolving conflicts and negotiating with others.

Job Requirements

  • Good Communications skills and ability to work within a team.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office.

  • Strong problem solving and research skills.
  • Knowledge of commonly – used concepts, practices and procedures for end user technical support.
