Job Description
- Receive drawings, BOQ and Specs from the consultants in order to make sure if there are any amendments needed in the project.
- Coordinate with the Structural, Architectural and MEP disciplines and check if there is any RFI needed to be sent to the consultant.
- Prepare the Material List and follow up with the purchasing department the delivery of the material on time.
- Prepare materials wastage report to ensure that all materials consumption rate are within budget.
- Prepare the quantity surveying for BOQ items.
- Prepare client’s and subcontractor’s invoices.
- Prepare the variation orders and claims throughout the project and negotiate them with the client till obtaining final approval.
- Follow up preparing periodical reports and ensure sending them to the concerned parties in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil & Arch. Engineering.
- 5 – 7 Years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
- AutoCAD & is a must.
