We are a UAE based company in Dubai, seeking a Digital Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team.
In this role, we are hiring for two vacancies available: Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Project Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will Plan, coordinate, organize, initiate, and supervise all digital marketing. The Digital Marketing Project Manager will Plan, create, and manage project process scope of work, timelines, budgets, and resources
1- Digital Marketing Manager:
- Plan, coordinate, organize, initiate, and supervise all digital marketing, including SEM, marketing database, media buying, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Manage, lead, and coach the digital marketing team to the best with continue to the review and improvement
- Handle inhouse team, freelancers, and 3rd party service providers
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
2- Digital Project Manager
- Plan, create, and manage project process scope of work, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, development, and analytics) and external vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEM, and paid ads.
- Collaborate on content creation strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and analytics.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Foster collaboration and clear communication across departments.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members as needed.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights.
- Analyze ROI and KPIs to determine the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.
- Gather feedback and incorporate it into future campaigns and strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends.
- Recommend new technologies or approaches to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Work Environment:
- Collaborate in both remote and onsite environments, ensuring seamless coordination with all stakeholders.
- Use leading remote platforms, and communication tools for an efficient process.
Location Preference: Candidates from Nasr City or nearby areas who can reach the office easily are preferred.
Job Requirements
Digital Marketing Manager:
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Valid reputed certificates related to digital marketing certification
- Proven working experience in digital marketing 6+ years including at least 2 years as a digital marketing manager or related
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, marketing database, media buying, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Digital Marketing Project Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 2 years as a project manager.
- Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising strategies.
- Analytical skills to measure ROI, KPIs, and campaign performance effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client engagement.
- Leadership abilities to motivate cross-functional teams and provide mentorship.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Basecamp, MS Project).
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and innovation in campaign planning and execution.
- Adaptability to evolving digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong presentation skills to communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
