Job Description
- Coordinate all sample/pallets preparation, testing, documenting, and approvals internally and externally.
- Responsible for the preparation for all external visit (file-pieces-….)
- To assist and conduct product development stages (SO1, SO2.)
- Liaise with customers to gain confirmation/approvals electronically and during their visits and keep an easily accessible database file for approvals' report photos.
- Circulate customer feedback to everybody concerned and make sure that all actions are being done on time.
- Progresses chase all departments: track each product through each process stage.
- Analyze and supervise all QA reports and instruct them for any changes or amendments needed on time.
- Weekly reports circulated/discussed with the Prod. Eng. Manager and the Quality director about the key outstanding actions, deliverables, and obstacles.
- Assist in the purchased products testing and approvals (seats, mechanisms, etc.).
- Managing the new design/drawings/setting tolerances under prod. Eng. Manager Supervision.
- Managing any Modification needed from the customer in the existed product.
- Follow up on any customer complaints.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in production/ chemical engineering.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent in MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills
