Lubemaster is Now Hiring the position of Lubricant Technical Service  Engineer for Lubemaster's office that is located in Cairo with the following criteria:

Job Purpose:

• This position is entitled to provide technical support to the sales team in order to help its members achieve the organization’s selling goals and objectives.
• The job holder of this position is entitled to provide the customers with the needed products from a technical point of view.
• He/She is entitled to fill in the gap that may occur, provide the customer with the best practice, best use our products to maximize the profit (customer’s profit).
• He/she is also entitled to boost selling revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Job Description:

• Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain how the products’ (lubricants) features and the provided pre and post sales service to the customer can significantly suit the customer better than the competing products.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand the customers’ requirements and provide sales engineers with the products (lubricant) that meet the need of each individual customer.
• Provide post-sales support for customers; which involves discussing and troubleshooting any problems with a purchased product, making minor adjustments or repairs, and logging issues to be discussed with the production team.
• Create relationships with existing customers and make frequent visits to customers’ sites to ensure that all the products are working effectively.
• Meet with potential customers to discuss new and upcoming products, and provide leadership to other sales members.
• Attend training seminars and industry conferences to learn about industry trends and sales techniques, as well as network with other sales engineers.
• Test out new products to customers in order to record any issues, note consistent problems, and suggest solutions to enhance products’ efficiency.
• Provide training programs to the sales team members on the technical aspects of the company’s products and services.
