Job Description
- The Chemical Engineer is responsible for the dyeing of all textile products with their respective colors. He also supervises the workers in the dyeing department.
- Helps manufacturing staff achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results.
- Enforces company policies and guidelines
- Implements cost-saving strategies and techniques>
- Ensures that production plans are completed by a certain time>
- Preparation of dyeing formulas>
- Improvement and development of dyeing formulas and procedures.
- Coordination with Technicians for Machinery Maintenance .
- Production Management and Documentation .
- Trains new production employees .
- Assists workers by offering personal growth opportunities .
Job Requirements
- Males
- Bachelor Degree in Science
- Knowledge of Chemical Processes
- Experience in Dyeing Technology .
- Experience with Textile Materials and Characteristics .
- Good supervision skills .
- Excellent coaching and communication skills .
- Electrical or mechanical maintenance experience .
