Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Plan and achieve the company’s strategic financial objectives.
  • Leading the business partners through all planning cycles (budget, forecast, and strategic plan).
  • Lead, train, and coach finance team to enhance their performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the company.
  • Provide monthly financial reports to the business partners, including detailed analysis of variances to budget and forecast for headcount and external expenses.
  • Evaluate, identify potential investments and provide strategies that the company should take.
  • Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information and tracking the company’s financial status to identify areas for potential improvement and to provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.
  • Seek out methods to minimize financial risk.
  • Responsible for preparing the annual budget and making sure that all departments comply with it.
  • Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational, bank loans, and capital investment requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance the cash flow model to ensure that the company projected short-term and long-term cash positions are accurately estimated.
  • Oversee internal control functions.
  • Cost and pricing analysis and optimization as well as automating business operations.
  • Ensure that the financial management process complies with ISO.
  • Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.

Job Requirements

Knowledge:

  • MBA in finance. 
  • 10+ years of experience in the role of a Finance Manager. 
  • CMA or CPA certified.
  • Previous experience in a commercial/retail industry is a must
  • Experience using Quick books system.
  • Experience in dealing with banks to provide funds is a must.
  • Effective Cash Flow Management.
  • Excellent English level (written or verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
