Job Description
- Identifying opportunities to improve operations through technology advancements and recommending solutions to management
- Working with different departments to identify opportunities for system implementation and process automation
- Identifying potential issues that may arise during the implementation process and developing contingency plans to address issues before they become problems
- Apply Gap Analysis techniques while implementing any new system related process
- Receive needed requirements from departments, analyze them and propose system solutions
- Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
