Job Description

  1. Explore the market to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs and concerns.
  2. Build, retain and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with existing customers and regain the inactive customers through calls, regular visits, meetings, etc.
  3. Follow up on the quotations and confirm the delivery dates with customers to issue the Supply Order.
  4. Follow up the items’ delivery to customers, installation, and any special requirements for customers in Sharm Alsheikh.
  5. Coordinate with the Maintenance Dept. regarding the customers’ maintenance requests during the Warranty Period.
  6. Prepare the monthly reports of (Customer Visits - Monthly Sales - Collections - Maintenance Requests Status)
  7. Manage the Operating Expenses, Hygiene, and Covenants in the brunch.
  8. Explain the local manufacturing and equipment components to customers inside the branch.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5-7 years of experience.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Excellent selling skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
