Job Description
- Lead the mechanical tendering team in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and client requirements to develop accurate tender submissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and adherence to deadlines.
- Review and assess tender documents for completeness and compliance.
- Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the tendering process.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform bidding strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical tendering
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication , Leadership and negotiation abilities.
