Job Description
- Answers out coming calls by clarifying desired information, location, and providing information
- Design and Maintains call center database & entering information.
- Follow up clients calls where necessary.
- Place orders online and follow up on delivery
- Enter new client’s information into system.
- Keep an updated database of client’s information/inquiries and send it to the concerned department for proper action accordingly.
- Design and follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify clients’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Achieving the highest customer satisfaction.
- Any other duties related to the job.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in call center
- Language: Good Arabic is a must spoken & written (minimal English to handle software and excel entries)
- Basic computer skills
