Job Description

  • Answers out coming calls by clarifying desired information, location, and providing information
  • Design and Maintains call center database & entering information. 
  • Follow up clients calls where necessary. 
  • Place orders online and follow up on delivery 
  • Enter new client’s information into system.
  • Keep an updated database of client’s information/inquiries and send it to the concerned department for proper action accordingly. 
  • Design and follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics 
  • Identify clients’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives 
  • Achieving the highest customer satisfaction. 
  • Any other duties related to the job.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in call center
  • Language: Good Arabic is a must spoken & written (minimal English to handle software and excel entries)
  • Basic computer skills
