Job Description

Work with the Team Leaders on strategies and training to meet the KPI’s and related goals and targets.
• Prepare reports to share regular progress updates with the Sr. Sales Manager, sales team and company leadership.
• Ensure the team is adequately trained on selling techniques such as solution based selling and can thoughtfully listen to prospect and client needs and properly communicate the company’s products features and benefits as solutions to those needs.
• Ensure the team is adequately trained on the company, its products and their features, benefits, pricing, turnaround times and other necessary details and can effectively communicate such through calls, emails and other communication methods.
• Organize, maintain and ensure team updates and training on an always-current, web-based, centralized library of product literature, price sheets and other sales collateral for the use of the sales team.
• Ensure the team is trained and can effectively use tools such as the company CRM, ERP, telephony, HR and other applications, to perform their roles and meet their goals.
• Review dal pipelines with Team Leader to ensure progress is consistent with the goals, expedite closing deals in progress and win stuck deals.
• Perform deal sales and Account Representative functions and reach targets set for their own portfolio of leads and clients as may be established.
• Ensure adherence to all company polices and that all HR, Customer Service, IT, and other department needs, including office attendance scheduling, reports, employee reviews and others, are submitted on time by yourself, your Team Leaders and their teams.
• Ensure the sales is adhering to all company polices and work with leadership to improve or develop new policies that contribute to the overall goals of the team and company.
• Understand the surgical guide and prosthetic products and other marketplaces the company may operate in, and report to leadership about observed changes taking place in the industry or among competitors.
• Recommend changes to the company, its products, pricing, procedures, or policies based on observed market trends.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in english

  • 5 to 7 years of experience
