Job Description
- support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Provides support to employees in the interpretation of HR policies and guidelines
- Implements the overall recruiting strategy and applies HR recruiting best practices.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
- Analyzes the recruitment process performance, and recommends and implements changes to the recruitment process.
- Sources and attracts candidates by using databases and different channels from internal and external resources.
- Screens candidates’ resumes and job applications and filters candidates for open positions.
- Follow up on the relationship between the company and the governmental bodies.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Following up on the implementation of the approved work regulations regarding attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Preparing and organizing documents and files of employees and preparing contracts.
- Maintain and update HR Information System to ensure that all personnel information is up to date, properly & accurately captured, effectively managed, and maintained at all times.
- preparing the HR reports.
- Personnel, Employee Insurance, and Taxes.
- Manage Employee's Social Insurance.
Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
- 5 to 9 years of related experience is required in all HR functions.
- Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
- Must have experience in Odoo System.
- Previous background and experience in ERP systems.
- Must have a previous experience in the contracting field.
- Preference will be given to those who have experience with the Saudi labor system.
- Excellent command of English.
- Team player.
