Skills And Tools:
Implement business development plans and identify all business opportunities to increase sales volumes and market share.
Establish business/market segment strategies to achieve growth / profitability objectives and increase customer satisfaction.
Identify and develop relationships with new customers at all levels, in order to develop awareness of the benefits of the products and services.
Visit existing and new customers regularly to develop and renew relationships to facilitate the expansion of Company in trading portfolio throughout the market.
Provide customers with quotations, develop action plans and facilitate the implementation plan.
Negotiate the terms of sales agreement and close the deal.
Work closely with other divisions to find opportunities to cross sell.
Prepare daily/ weekly and monthly reports.
Carrying out periodic visits to clients & writing periodic reports and future plans.
Collaborate with sales executives to professionally plan, prepare and implement the project.
• Customer focus and Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Conducting outdoor sales meetings and site surveys
• Review client requirement documents, request necessary clarifications to achieve full understanding of customer needs.
• Collaborate with the tendering and projects teams for delivering the customers' requirements in time
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell with the customers within his preferences
• Coordinate with customer appointed contractors and stakeholders and prepare any required material and shop drawing submittals after project award
• Conduct customer training
Bachelor's degree in (Electrical - Mechanical - Equipment or Communications) engineering from a reputable University.
1 - 3 years of experience as Sales Engineer.
Preferable to be a Cairo resident.
Mastering sales and marketing skills and the ability to open new channels to establish strong and long-term relationships with clients.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
To be distinguished in the skill of diction, explanation and communication with individuals (tactful and has the ability to explain and present complex concepts in a creative, easy-to-understand manner)
To be characterized by enthusiasm, perseverance, seriousness and diligence.
