Job Description

  • Develop leads acquisition strategy through networking, cold calling, and warm leads to build strategic long-lasting B2B partnerships.
  • Build the business developers team, hire partnership managers, orient, train and follow up with them.
  • Convert the company growth strategies into action plans, train and orient the teams, and create and track KPIs.
  • Continually improve the company’s partnership practice, grow its portfolio of partners, create go-to-market plans, drive expansion opportunities, and manage & grow the partnership.
  • Research and analyze the market to identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Approaching new partners who would support us with public outreach, press releases, public presentations of the work, website linking, and content adaptation.
  • Maintain a calendar of events and implement a system that enables and anticipates long-term planning and effective event management to grow the B2B leads acquisitions, and product branding
  • Analyze the available business-related events, Build events’ attendance plan, and manage it starting from the subscription, the attendance, materials, and analyzing the results.
  • Develop and manage the partnership proposals, printed materials, contracts, policies, and documentation with the other team members.
  • Lead the team to coordinate activities of the partnerships, and assists the team in coordinating activities of governmental organizations, private sector business interests, and other partnerships.
  • Develop the partner’s onboarding process and follow the partnership teams to make sure they apply the company’s visions and policies.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Strategic thinker
  • Minimum 5+ years of Experience
  • Familiarity with or previous exposure to partnerships, Sales and offline marketing duties & Job nature.
  • Experience in the “ERP systems” and SaaS industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills oral and written.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to create various types of professional documents, and content related to the job requirements.
  • Previous experience in government relations management is a plus.
