Job Description

Summary

We are looking to hire an Arabic Content Development Team Leader to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall lead one of our content development teams working on creating online Arabic content with a refined educational value serving the needs of K–12 learners.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting, building, and developing our teams of Arabic content developers.
  • Overseeing content creation and maintenance while providing pedagogical guidance.
  • Developing and managing course designs and plans.
  • Reviewing and ensuring content quality.
  • Taking an active role in the planning and strategy for future content creation plans.
  • Using style and procedure guides to ensure consistency across all content.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Arabic or similar (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience writing educational content (Instructional design and curriculum development are a plus)
