Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Provide support and guidance to the clients’ technical questions and be responsible for resolving their issues based on defined and agreed on SLAs.
- Define configurations and development activities required to fulfill customer requirements.
- Classify customer requirements that will need configurations and which will need development.
- Perform configuration tasks required by the client.
- Follow up with the clients to make sure that the team will deliver what is required.
- Follow up with developers to get development tasks done in time.
- Provide full documentation for tasks that need to be developed
- Managed the implementation of team tasks
- Capable of trainee users on various Odoo modules
- Help the support team in customer support
- Assistant Sales Team in the Pilot and Demonstration
Job Requirements
- BSc. Degree in accounting, economy, or business administration
- Excellent planning and communication skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Complete understanding of ERP and open source concepts.
- Previous experience in ERP Implementation
- 2-4 years experience in Odoo implementation
