Job Description
- Handling multiple legal matters simultaneously and independently.
- Drafting, reviewing and ratifying minutes of meeting (BOD, EGSM & OGSM).
- Representing clients before governmental entities, inter alia, GAFI, MCDR and FRA.
- Other job-related duties as assigned by the Managing Partners.
Job Requirements
- Not less than three (3) years of relevant experience in Egypt.
- Experience in corporate governance and advisory.
- Admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association.
- Ability to produce bilingual legal documents in both English and Arabic with excellent drafting techniques.
- Good communication, time management skills, research, analytical and writing skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability, supporting cases across a broad range of legal issues.
- Commercially focussed with intellectual curiosity and good technical expertise and interest.
- Solid computer skills in using Microsoft Word
