Job Description

  • Handling multiple legal matters simultaneously and independently.
  • Drafting, reviewing and ratifying minutes of meeting (BOD, EGSM & OGSM).
  • Representing clients before governmental entities, inter alia, GAFI, MCDR and FRA.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned by the Managing Partners.

Job Requirements

  • Not less than three (3) years of  relevant experience in Egypt.
  • Experience in corporate governance and advisory.
  • Admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association.
  • Ability to produce bilingual legal documents in both English and Arabic with excellent drafting techniques.
  • Good communication, time management skills, research, analytical and writing skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, supporting cases across a broad range of legal issues.
  • Commercially focussed with intellectual curiosity and good technical expertise and interest.
  • Solid computer skills  in using Microsoft Word
