Job Description
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards .
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety standards.
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree .
- Excellent command of English.
- At least 5 to 7 Years of Experience in the same position( Hospital experience is preferred).
- Hospital management diploma is Preferred .
