Job Description
- Studying the new models in terms of time frame and manpower
- Studying the Current models in terms of time frame and manpower
- Create budget for every department and compare it with the current budget
- Compare the budget with the HR report
- Create Org chart for the production departments
- Evaluate the middle management (supervisors & Head of sections) of the production departments
- Create target cost for salaries, incentives, over time..etc.
- Create Skill matrix and time study for production line manpower and production departments
- Studying the layout of production lines and departments putting into consideration reducing the time of handling and decreasing machines working time
- Create needs form of every production line and department to achieve the target of reducing cost and decreasing the quality and production
- Create document cycle for hiring in every department putting into consideration the training time and evaluation
- Create academic training program for non-experienced labors
- Create reports for every machine include the malfunctions time to fix it and the responsibility
- Create report for studying the direct employees percentage to outsourced employees to reduce the percentage of outsourced employees to 20%
- Create report for all machines (qualitative & Quantitative) in every department and the unused machines out of production lines
- Cooperate with the production manager to shuffle between production lines and sections to production target with the lowest cost and highest quality
- Conduct awareness sessions for the middle management staff regarding the importance of supervisors role and his responsibilities and duties.
- Studying the type of used tools and its alternatives to enhance the performance of labors in the matters of productivity and high quality without affecting the cost
- Create maintenance file for the whole sewing machines
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering.
- 10 years of experience.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Excellent leadership skills
