Job Description
- Build and implement the overall marketing strategy and budget.
- Analyze campaign and app user performance, identify trends and proactively suggest opportunities to improve user growth, IAP conversion rate, CPI rate, as well as the app metrics such as churn rate, engagement rating, repeat purchase, and LTV.
- Lead the marketing team to produce campaign launch briefs. Build campaign structure, establish optimized ad targeting, optimize creative, lead performance monitoring, and drive constant iteration and optimization of campaigns.
- Lead & manage the marketing team.
- Help in hiring, training and evaluating the marketing team.
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Forecast performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
- Prepare performance reports on a regular basis.
Job Requirements
- Overall 8 : 15 years in Marketing field with 4+ years of experience in mobile app digital marketing, with expertise in app centric tools
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Firebase, Appsflyer, etc.
- Experience with other social marketing platforms including Facebook, instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and TikTok
- Experience with Digital content, influencers marketing, and Email marketing.
- Comfortable with using spreadsheets, creating presentations, and simple graphic designs.
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Business or related field (a plus)
