Job Description

  • Managing complete door to door Air/Sea shipments from origin to delivery - Export
  • Negotiate with shipping Lines to aquire the best rates and payment terms
  • Compare shipment options and provide advise to clients ensuring the best solution is achieved
  • Arrange and review all required shipment documentation with concerned partries
  • Approve bookings and schedule pickups and other supporting services
  • Track, trace and notify consignee upon arrival or shipment and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate with branch offices to ensure all customs clearance procedures are managed correctly on time
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations
  • File shipment and Prepare invoices by coordinating with finance to ensure correct closure of shipment files
  • Develop export business with existing clients and maintaing good customer relationship
  • Update system and generate monthly reports tracking volumes and performance

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Related bachelor’s degree or equivalent,
  • Excellent command of Arabic/English
  • MS Office and good basic computer skills
  • Organization and Communication skills
  • Good knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures
