Job Description
- Provide guidance and assist buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. Building a rich database of prospective clients.
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
- Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
- Agreeing sales, prices, contracts, and payments.
- Advising customers about delivery schedules
- Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone.
- Providing direct manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potentials for new products/services.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Job Requirements
- Experience Needed: Minimum 3+ years’ experience in real estate
- Attention to Details & Procedures
- Excellent selling/communication skills
- Motivation for sales
- Owns a car is must
