Job Description

  • Plans directs and coordinates the marketing of the organization's projects and/or services.
  • Leads a team of branding specialists, events planners, and advertising specialists to create high-traffic blog content, lead-converting resources, and shareable creative projects/events.
  • Supports marketing stakeholders, including demand generation, sales enablement, public and analyst relations, community management, and channels/verticals.
  • Craft and maintains the company brand, including messaging, tone, design, and public and analyst relations.
  • Goals include: driving awareness, driving event attendees, and influencing public opinion through PR and influencer relations. In addition to, continuously supporting and promoting the company brand, attracting site traffic and social followers, empowering sales with relevant content to send prospects, and fueling PR and influencer relations.
  • Establishes marketing goals to ensure a share of the market and profitability of products and/or services.
  • Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long-range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services.
  • Researches analyze and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.
  • Plans and oversees the organization's an advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets.
  • Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns.
  • Works with writers and artists and oversees copywriting, design, layout, paste-up, and production of promotional materials.
  • Develops and recommends pricing strategy for new and ongoing projects which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run.
  • Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and share of market performance in relation to pre-set standards and to general and specific trends within the industry and the economy.
