Job Description
- Manage the project from proposal to design phase to execution in compliance with standard project management tools in order to ensure that projects are delivered according to the target schedule, within the allotted budget.
- Execute the project in line with the delivery schedule, contract specifications, conditions and milestones.
- Plan, schedule, supervise and review the work of Project Engineers engaged in utility plans, specifications, cost estimates and reports.
- Assist in evaluation and solution of potential field problems,
- Assist in plan and specs analysis in order to provide clear, tractable and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction
- Attend project coordination, Progress and owner/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as required.
- Research and recommend solutions to design document problems, including conflicts, interference and errors/omissions.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems.
- Participate in the continuous updating and accurate generation of as-built documents, assist with the research and preparation of field change requests to resolve design issues.
- Reviews and makes recommendations regarding subcontractor invoices for payment.
- Ensuring safety codes requirements and standards are being complied in assigned area of work.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering "Civil or Arch"
- 10-15 years experience in the same position
- 8-10 years experience in management is Must
- 5 years experience in project management of administration buildings is preferred
- Project Management Courses .
- Very Good Command of English language
- Excellent in Using Microsoft Office
- Leadership
- Excellent Communication skills
