Job Description
- Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- Organizing meetings and meeting points
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
WORKING HOURS: 9 AM till 5 PM
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in assistant management
- Maximum Age: 30 years old
- Strong organisational and leadership
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Developing reports needed for decision making in general.
- Has a very good background in accounting, finance, and cost analysis
- PERFECT ENGLISH (WRITING AND SPEAKING)
- PERFECT ARABIC (WRITING AND SPEAKING)
- MICROSOFT OFFICE WITH EMPASIS ON EXCEL
