Job Description
- Handling day-to-day admin Activities.
- Supervise the runners' tasks and monitor their performance.
- Handle recurring facilities invoices and deliver to the accounting team to proceed with payments.
- Prepare a list of mobile users and MIFI users.
- Prepare a list of headsets users.
- For the business Building:
- Monitor cleaning staff, assign tasks, and give weekly feedback on their performance and deliver a weekly report to the management.
- Monitor Security staff, assign tasks, and give weekly feedback on their performance and deliver a weekly report to the management.
- Monitor the building maintenance process and deliver a weekly report to the management.
- Make sure that building facilities are working properly with no discrepancies.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 Years of Experience in a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
- Fleet Operations Knowledge is Preferred.
- Males Only
- Good leadership and time, time, result-oriented.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with budget planning.
