- Follow up the launching of all new products on production lines.
- Lead Manufacturing trials aiming to cost reduction or products improvements.
- Realize all prototypes needed for future development.
- Responsible for drawings updating , develop and any modifications for product
- Set up the Test and validation phases for products and modifications
- Gather business intelligence ( patents , Technology and competitive intelligence ) to identify new Scientific trends and conduct strategic planning
- participate in bench-marking and test competitive products to gain relevant information that can be applied to product specifications
- Gather any legal documents including laws regulation and patents ,which is relevant to product or affect product performance
- Participate in implementing and complying with the health and safety and environmental regulation on a daily basis
- Ensure that all newly created products or ideas will be successfully transferred from lab status to production status with minimum quality and process concerns
