Job Description
- Executing sales strategies.
- Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Process orders, forms, and application
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
- Handling escalated customer complaints.
- Maintains sales reports
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Setting overall sales targets and target / each telesales agent.
- Setting marketing plans and Telesales campaign in coordination with the Optical Business Development.
- Preparing reports and analyzing Telesales data to improve processes, ensure resources are
properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
