Key Responsibilities
- Operation Excellent Process
- Handling and initiating Customers reservations in order to increase both sales -for visiting and Exclusive Doctors- and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to add value beyond taking the call to relevant business areas (e.g., sales, marketing, product development, etc.)
- Ensure advising clients on products and services available
- Handle the cancellation and modification for upcoming Clinics
- Handle the online bookings.
- Customer Satisfaction
- Implement the technical specifications, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Build an outstanding service experience through good understanding of clinic operations and procedures.
- Establish an effective communication between him/ her and his / her peers in order to accomplish the Departments goals
