Technical Product Manager

In this role, you’ll have full responsibility for Buseet’s products. You’re responsible to deliver solid products fulfilling our business needs, develop a comprehensive roadmap to our products taking into consideration the fast & changing nature of our industry, and implement modern product management strategies and techniques ensuring we’re getting the best possible outcome using our budget and resources.

Duties and responsibilities

• Define product strategies, based on Buseet’s objectives, market research, and user feedback
• Prioritize and adjust product backlogs according to the strategic product value
• Inspire and motivate an agile team, and communicate the vision and product goals to them
• Analyze the performance of the product teams
• Run conversion and optimization tests
• Support the growth strategy
• Understand your solution space, identify the direct & indirect competition.
• Constant observation of consumer behavior is required for both B2C and B2B clients
• Drive decision-making on prioritization/sequencing at working team level
• Understand and negotiate implementation options, and make decisions based on customer and business needs
