Project Logistics Specialist - Bardawil

General

• Monitor ALL upcoming shipments with supplier and shippers, preparing the needful documentation with partners and coordinate with the agent for smooth clearance
• Weekly shipments updates: Update all concerned parties with shipments status and delivery dates (shall declare the reason for delaying if any)
• Review with logistics team the status internal transfers (Gate out/in, gate passes , cranes …etc )
• 100% compliance with HSE regulations
• 100% compliance with company rules and guidelines
• Recovering of logistics officers in projects ( rotation )

Operations

• Plan with LM and execute all mobilization and demobilization with full coordination with the project manager, suppliers and agents
• Attend special operations for moving cargo (such as pipes export – Vessel operation) subject to LM’s approval
• Arrangements with all suppliers to ensure service delivery (Agents, Clearance, Truckers, survey…etc.)

Documentation:

• Audit and review all import documents and make required amendments in due time
• Prepare export documents for shipped cargo with no mistake or delays
• Follow- up with stakeholders representatives regarding to documents status and escalate in case of any troubles or delays
• Keep clean and clear folders for essential documents ( filing )
• Update the common shipment file on daily basis
• Ensure update the customs duties sheet with payment follow up .

Invoicing

• Review and verify suppliers invoices
• Follow up rejected invoices

KPIs :

• Mail attendance: 24 hrs and 2 hrs for urgent mails
• Mobilization and demobilization: within the planned time frame at minimal cost
• Invoices verification: 1 working day
• Export Documents: 3 working days (including CHP/SCA cycle)
• Shipments updates: to be sent at least once weekly
• Daily updates of working sheets
