Job Description
- Collecting and providing all technical data on the equipment, which ensures the ease and smoothness of maintenance work of all kinds, such as sudden stops, periodic and predictive maintenance
- Linking stock of spare parts with BOM equipment and determining the necessary maximum and minimum limits and automatic re-order points in coordination with all concerned departments.
- Availability of a catalog for each equipment, including equipment characteristics, description, drawings, and factory recommendations for the nature and periods of maintenance and spare parts, and to ensure that they match those in the factory to the current situation, which ensures correct preventive maintenance schedules with agreed and circulated codes according to the stages of the product flow. - Preparing schedules of food and non-food lubrication, with prescribed durations and quantities, to avoid 40% of faults resulting from a lack or increase in lubrication and oiling
- Drop periodic maintenance schedules on DIRAC - ERP Sys. As task groups linked to common equipment groups on the same job
