Job Description
- Following up quality systems.
- Following up samples and approvals.
- Following up products quality during processing.
- Final inspection.
- Supervision of the Q.A system in Garment technician (Samples making, follow up customer’s feedbacks), system maintain and follow up customer’s quality audits and implement requirements.
- Conduct pre-production meetings.
Check fabric quality, trims and accessories. - Follow up marker/ cutting/ printing.
- Follow up sewing process and finishing process.
- Conducting in-lines, pre-final, and final audits.
- Follow up the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to identify opportunities for improvement and development.
- Ensure that the SOPS are implemented for all stages before and during the production status.
Job Requirements
- Experience in garment industry is a must.
- +7 years of experience in quality system.
- Bachelor' degree.
- Analyzing information &Developing standards.
- Managing process.
- Technical understanding.
- Continuous improvement.
- Supports innovation.
- Risk management
- Ability to work under pressure and team work.
- Strong M.S office.
- Good command of spoken and written in English.
