Job Description
- Install, modify documents and coordinates the implementation of the accounting system and accounting control procedures.
- Complies and analyzes financial information.
- Responsible for preparing expected budgets for each project in order to issue checks on time.
- Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items with suppliers and clearance agents to ensure delivery on time.
- Source and negotiate best purchase package in terms of price, term, delivery and service with current and new suppliers.
- Interact with suppliers on a daily basis to resolve transaction issues and gather critical information invoices, tracking info, tax docs. etc.
- Responsible for equipment's purchasing.
- Evaluates the suppliers' offers, selects the most suitable offers and forwards his recommendations to the Purchase Manager for review and making purchasing decisions
- Participates in setting the annual purchasing plan based on forecasted purchase needs of all departments and the approved budget.
- Develops & maintains relationships with major vendors/suppliers to ensure smooth supply at all times.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Good English
- Excellent communication skills.
- Time Management.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skill
