Job Description
- Follow -up and manage the doctors onsite
- Provide the necessary services for emergency cases.
- Report to the section manager and give feedback on the progress of cases service plans
- Identify the essential reports and documents that the cases should prepare if the requested service is available
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Medicine
- 1-3 years of experience in insurance field ( doctor onsite / claims )
- Have a good communication skills
- Very good Command of English Language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Shows the ability to calm frustrated patients quickly and make decisions based upon anticipated outcomes.
