Odoo Implementer

Any city (Cairo, Giza, Alex, … etc.).

Meanly will handle all business, implementation, delivery, acceptance test, and support aspects.

1. Implementation of product road-map & Development projects.
2. Gap analysis for customer requirements and technical specifications.
3. Prioritize customer requirements and technical specifications.
4. Identified problems and recommends solutions/ Search for existing or ready solutions or plugins.
5. Communicate the requirements to the development team, and perform sanity testing for developed solutions.
6. Supervise the design and technical solution.
7. Prepare all customer-related documentation, including proposals, solution documents, etc.
8. Deliver & Implement customer solutions, including Reports and dashboards creation and deployment.
9. Perform project management activities for end-customer projects.
10. Handle demos before landing the customers.
11. Handle customer training/ Inquiries.
12. Conduct UAT/ BAT with customer
13. Manage support cycle and set priorities of customer support requests/ On-demand support.
14. Develop scripts for data merging and migration/ importing Customer data.
15. Manage day-to-day operations as troubleshooting problems arising from regular use, production support, and maintaining the platform.
16. Handle on demand support calls.
17. Document all technical processes, requirements, flows, and diagrams.
18. Writes reports, document and present analyses, project status, risks, and issues.
19. Perform System Testing (write and revise test cases, follow up, etc.)
20. Contribute to the Manual and tutorials either written or videos

Note: Tasks are not limited to Odoo platform; work might include other platforms and technologies as per business needs.
