Job Description
Lead PHP Team to Deliver creative designs according to plan.
- Work with project managers on estimating the feasibility and complexity of new products/features.
- Participate in the planning process for software development projects, and ensure meeting quality and deadlines on delivery.
- Design the architecture of new products/features.
- Plan, design, develop, debug, implement and support full stack web-based software applications and services
- Provide best practices and make sure they are respected.

- Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
- Fix Bugs of Previous Projects.
- Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications.
- Coordinate with co-developers and keeps manager well informed of the status of development effort.
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development.
- Produce detailed specifications.
- Creating database schema that represents and supports business processes.
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
- Build efficient, testable and reusable PHP modules.
Job Requirements
- Must have worked for 8-12 years as PHP Manager, Team LEAD, a Project or Product Manager or as a Technical or Solutions Architect leading a team of developers.
- Knowledge of existing and emerging technologies: should be able to evaluate multiple technologies and identify those that are the best fit for the business.
- Act As: Software Architect, Developer, Team Lead
- Proven project management skills: should have experience in managing multiple projects while communicating with the development team and other business units.
- Role flexibility
- Preferred prior experience working in Agile Environment as a Lean Practitioner having extensive knowledge in Scrum, Kanban, and Devops.
- Must have extensive experience in developing APIs, Web Applications and Backend Application.
- Must have experience in managing cross-functional teams by implementing proper communication channels and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SLACK, etc
- Must have expertise in the implementation of systems that are highly available, scalable, and self healing on platform
- Must have sound knowledge in Object Oriented Designing, REST APIs
- sound knowledge in any of the Frameworks such as Php, .NET / J2EE / Django / Ruby on Rails / Laravel and any of the Programming Languages such as Java, Ruby, NodeJS, GoLang, etc.
- Should be familiar with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React JS, Angular and UI/UX design
- Should be up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques
- Should possess a creative mind to develop strategies that meet specific business objectives.
- Should have strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX ,JSON , XML
- Proven expertise in MySQL database and SQL
- Experience with GIT/SVN
- Experience working with Web Services (RESTFUL) is a must.
- Understanding of MVC design patterns
- Experience designing, testing, and deploying PHP Applications
- Excellent knowledge of DB concepts and tools
- Excellent knowledge of OOP (concepts, techniques, principles, analysis, and design)
