KONE is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to be based in Cairo, Egypt. The purpose of the role is to ensure proactiveness and efficiency of sales and support salespeople, especially in pre-sales phase, by taking care of lead handling, booking customer meetings along with salesperson, as well as contacting customers by phone or via online channels.
This is an office based role that will be part of the sales organization.
What will you do?
- Centralized lead handling according to the global lead management process
- Screen market for upcoming projects
- Proactively contact potential customers for early engagement
- Qualify leads before assigning to salesperson
- Support salesperson in meetings e.g. prepare presentations and other support material for the meeting
- Provide feedback on web lead quality to marketing
- Support salespeople in tendering
- Help sales to build tailored value propositions for the customers
- Support salespeople in keeping sales funnel and CRM data up to date
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 0 - 2 years of experience in a role that involves telesales, customer service, sales support or sales operations administration.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Outgoing with excellent communication skills
- Organized, team player who can collaborate with the team
- Excellent English language skills
- Excellent MS Office skills with focus on Excel & PowerPoint
