Reviews , Handles Customer Complains (whatever it comes from patient on floor, phone calls, Social Media, Complain Box, (Verbal & Written), and make sure that it solved and customer satisfied .
Ensures that our services are implementing at the highest Quality standards, and the customer receiving the highest level of care.
Monitors the Cleanness of the Branch all the time, and make sure that they follow the Hygiene, Safety code standards.
Responsible for subordinate ( Arranging Schedule, Follow up Attendance, Leaves, Attitude, Appearance, Performance, follow the center policy & rules,... etc.), and prepares a report to the HR with these items and their updates .
Distributes the Reception daily tasks to the admins according to the daily needs.
Prepares Detailed Report about the Subordinates and Branch state to discuss with the direct manager.
Responsible for Branch stock (custody- inventory) and, checking Missing material& branch needs and send a report to the Operations manager.
Responsible for Receiving Incoming material , and record it on the system, and also record the withdrawals and always check the balance between the both
Responsible for checking the Devices, Maintenance, and equipment's, and contacts the one who can fixes it.
Responsible for make customer analysis (for the new customers, for current customers) to determine our current situations , and expect future crises .

Bachelor Degree , Management Certificate or Diploma ( Preferred )
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, English Language .
Excellent Communications & Leader ship Skills, Time Management, Team Building, Problem solving ,Assign accurate Reports, Detailed oriented .
