Job Description
General Administrative Duties:
- Respectable about General ledger (GL), revenues and cost recording.
- Review contractor payments invoices or contractor payment requests/clearances
- Monitor and report the remaining funding available for projects
- Close out project accounts upon project completion
- Preparing periodic reports regarding the activities and achievements to be submitted to the Chief Accountant.
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the Chief Accountant .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 4+ Years preferably in Real Estate / Construction sector
- Technical expertise in using MS applications and work experience in AX ERP is Plus.
