Job Description
- Coveti's looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join the co-founding team and drive the tech side of the business. Technology is in the core of Coveti, starting with the e-commerce (currently built on WooCommerce on WordPress), to the platform built for the designers, all the way until we offer Manufacturing as a Service - the complete digitization of the manufacturing supply chain, revolving around on-demand manufacturing.
- This position is totally hands-on to begin with, until we can hire more developers and built a complete technology unit around you. There's significant equity because you need to be part of this company just like the earlier co-founders.
Job Requirements
- Experience building stuff from scratch over and over again :-) More importantly, you need to be ready to be part of the startup. This means working long and hard to make it happen. You need to be able to strategize and take the lead, not wait for tasks to be assigned. You need to make decisions and argue for them, but also work with the team and be willing to compromise.
- Open source technologies. WordPress and WooCommerce. AWS (you'll be handling that, too). And whatever technologies you're comfortable with to implement our shared vision.
