Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Expanding the company’s customer database by approaching new clients.
- Opening new areas & discovering new opportunities.
- Promote the sale of company products and provide sales and technical support
- Understand customer’s requirements - technical and commercial
- Develop and respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including requests for proposal and industry-specific solutions
- Plan and modify products to meet customer needs
- Deliver technical presentations that explain products and services to customers
- Negotiating and closing the deal by agreeing on terms and conditions
- Manage the sales process from prospecting phase up to job completion and getting customer satisfaction passing by all technical & commercial details
- Establishing a long term relation with customers
- Handle customer complaints
- Make customer satisfaction survey and feedback for projects after three months of project startup
Job Requirements
- Experience in the steel production field.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred civil
- Experience from 3 to 5 years in the steel structure field.
- Interested in feed/agriculture and animal husbandry industry, understand feed processing technology, Have Working experience in the same industry is preferred
- Maximum age 35 years.
- Very good English written and spoken
- Communication and presentation skills
- Negotiation skills
